About 3 months ago I visited the Liberty Travel agency in Little Falls, NJ in order to book my trip and my friend's, Michelle, trip to France. We thought that going to a travel agency would make things easier because agents are supposed to be professionals but the whole process was more difficult than necessary because of the agent.

We both booked three flights, one of the flights was a specific flight that we told the agent, Joshua Pino, to make sure he booked exactly. The flight was supposed to be leaving the Toulouse airport at around 11 or 11:30 and he booked us on a 6:30 AM flight. We told him that we needed that specific 11 or 11:30 AM time frame because we were going with a large group of people and there was only one method of transportation to get to the airport. Because no one could bring us to the airport at the time that Joshua decided to book for us we had to repurchase tickets in Toulouse.

A $269.95 + foreign transaction fees are now charged onto our cards, and why? Because of the incompetence of the agent that was hired. Now when we went back to the Liberty Travel agency to ask Joshua Pino to change our flights before we left for France we discovered that he was fired, most likely because he does not know how to do his job and we had to suffer the repercussions of that. I emailed their customer complaints/service email on their website and haven't gotten an answer.

It's been two weeks and I will never ever do business with them again.

Monetary Loss: $290.
